    Connection Procedure

    To acquire your API key, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Freshservice Support Portal.
    2. Locate and click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
    3. Access the profile settings page.
    4. Your API key will be displayed below the change password section.

    To establish a connection with Freshservice in Rivery, follow these steps:

    1. Fill in the Connection's Name.
    2. Enter the Domain Name.
    3. Insert the API Token.
