Sprinklr Connection

This article will guide you to create the connection of Sprinklr data source in Rivery.

Prerequisites

• An active user in the Sprinklr platform, with permissions to run reports.
  If you don't have an active user in Sprinklr, please create one. If your user doesn't have any permission for running reports, please ask your administrator to grant you for these abilities.

Creating Sprinklr Connection in Rivery

1. Go to Connections -> Create new connection.
2. Search for Sprinklr source and click on it.
3. In the modal opened, Name your connection.
4. Choose the Sprinklr Environment your user is granted to, or the reporting system is running on. If you don't know what environment to choose, please ask your Sprinklr administrator to provide these details.
5. Click on Sign In With Sprinklr button.
6. Accept the terms and permissions for Rivery app by pressing Submit , in order to get access for your reporting system in Sprinklr.

7. Complete the signing in process.
8. Save the connection.
