    To enable username and password access via API Follow these steps:

    1. In the Admin(settings) panel, go to API which is located under channels:

Creating A Zendesk Talk Connection

  1. In your Rivery Account , go to Connections

  2. Press on +Create New Connection

  3. Choose Zendesk Talk

  4. Fill a suitable name under Connection Name and insert the connection details

  5. User Name - The email used to log in to your talk account

  6. Password- The password used to log in to your talk account

  7. Sub Domain -Your account subdomain. Your account subdomain is located in the URL before the zendeks.com ending.
    e.g. https://{subdomain }.zendesk.com

  8. Click Save and create the connection

  9. Test the connection. If the test finished successfully, you are ready to work with Zendesk Talk in Rivery.
