Prerequisite
Working Zendesk account
Enabled username and password access via API for that account
To enable username and password access via API Follow these steps:- In the Admin(settings) panel, go to API which is located under channels:

Creating A Zendesk Talk Connection
In your Rivery Account , go to Connections
Press on +Create New Connection
Choose Zendesk Talk
Fill a suitable name under Connection Name and insert the connection details
User Name - The email used to log in to your talk account
Password- The password used to log in to your talk account
Sub Domain -Your account subdomain. Your account subdomain is located in the URL before the zendeks.com ending.
e.g. https://{subdomain }.zendesk.comClick Save and create the connection
Test the connection. If the test finished successfully, you are ready to work with Zendesk Talk in Rivery.
