New Source to Target River Experience – Private Preview Release

We’re thrilled to introduce a new Source to Target River experience for MySQL/PostgreSQL to Snowflake/BigQuery Rivers!

• Effortless River Creation – Quickly set up a River with a step by step guided experience.

• Enhanced Tables & Schema Management – Configure main table settings directly from the main view, with bulk action support.

• Bulk Operations at the Table Level – You can manage multiple tables with efficiency:

  • Select Specific Tables – Instead of applying bulk actions to all tables in a schema, you can now handpick the tables you want to modify.

  • Advanced Search & Filtering – Find and filter tables by table name, loading mode, extract mode, and complex conditions for better control.

    

• Comprehensive Activation Tests – Ensure all connections and required fields are validated before activation.

• Detailed Summary Tab – Get an overview of all key statistics and configurations.

• Improved River List – Navigate and search Rivers more efficiently.

Please Note:

• The new Source to Target River experience is available in private preview only. To gain access, please contact your Account Executive or submit a support ticket.
• Additional Sources and Targets will be gradually introduced to ensure full coverage.

Enhanced River Duplication

You can now duplicate a River directly from within a River! Previously, duplication was only possible from the Rivers list. With this update, you can seamlessly duplicate a River while working inside it, improving your workflow.
This enhancement is available in both the existing Rivers flow and the new Source to Target experience.

Blueprint – Private Preview Release Update

Introducing Blueprint, the next generation alternative to Action River!
This is the first production-ready release, currently available for customers upon request. Blueprint offers a YAML-based configuration with greater flexibility and enhanced features:

Why Blueprint?

• Greater Flexibility – Define custom API integrations using structured YAML.
• Enhanced Authentication – Supports API Key, Bearer Token, and Basic Auth.
• Advanced Pagination & Error Handling – Seamlessly handle API rate limits and errors.
• Multi-Loop Functionality – Support for nested loops over multiple entities/variables for more dynamic API handling.

What’s Coming Next?

• Test YAML – UI-based YAML testing before execution.
• OAuth2 Authentication – Expanding authentication support for more secure integrations.
• YAML Builder – A more intuitive interface for YAML configuration.

Activities Page Enhancements

We’ve introduced additional details that show the number of rows loaded into the data target. Here’s how it works:

• Tracks the number of rows transferred from the file zone to the temp table before further processing such as merge or transformation
• Displays the number of CDC (Change Data Capture) events loaded (e.g., 2 inserts, 1 update, and 1 delete will show 4 rows).

Current Availability:

• Snowflake as a Target.

Target Updates

Azure Blob as a Target – SAS Token Support

You can now authenticate Azure Blob Storage using only a SAS Token, offering granular access control without requiring an Account Key.

New Authentication Options:

• Use only an Account Key
• Use only a SAS Token
• Use both an Account Key and SAS Token together

This update aligns with security best practices, providing a more flexible, secure, and manageable approach to Azure Blob Storage access.

Source Updates

Google Campaign Manager 360 – Multi-Select for Profile Field

Managing multiple Google Campaign Manager 360 profiles just got easier. Previously, customers had to create a separate River for each profile. Now, the Profile field supports multi-selection, reducing the number of Rivers needed and simplifying workflows.

Google Ad Manager – Upgraded to v2024-08

Google Ad Manager has been upgraded to API version 2024-08, ensuring compatibility with the latest updates.

Kits

NetSuite to Snowflake Kit

The NetSuite2.com Kit consolidates 14 different NetSuite tables into a centralized data model in Snowflake, helping data analysts streamline their NetSuite workflows.

What's Included?

• 9 Dimension Tables & 3 Fact Tables covering financial data (e.g., Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Transaction Lines).
• Data Ingestion River – Pulls NetSuite2.com entities (transactions, transaction lines, currency, subsidiary, etc.).
• SQL Logic – Generates 3 master fact tables based on NetSuite’s most-used reports.
• Master Orchestration River – Automates the entire data pipeline.

This unified data model accelerates analysis and facilitates standardization across NetSuite and other data sources.
