   • Initial Diagnosis: This error message typically indicates that a key was not properly selected in the mapping settings for performing a merge operation in Rivery. The mapping configuration must define proper keys to accurately match and merge data from Coupa into the specified target. Without selecting a key, Rivery cannot determine which records to update or insert during the merge process.

2. Action Steps:

   • Verify Mapping Settings: Ensure that a primary key has been selected in the mapping configuration for the target table. This key is critical for identifying and merging records correctly.
   • Check Rivery Merge Configuration: Navigate to the Columns Mapping or Schema tab in your Rivery configuration and ensure a primary key is set. You can set the key by selecting the key icon next to the relevant field(s), turning it yellow, which designates it as a primary key.
   • Redefine or Adjust Merge Keys:
     • If a primary key was initially defined but the error persists, verify that the selected key accurately reflects the unique identifier for your data.
     • Consider adjusting or redefining the key(s) used for the merge operation. Sometimes, using a composite key by selecting more than one field can resolve the issue.
   • Check Source and Target Definitions: Double-check if the source and target tables or schemas have been defined correctly with regard to the expected input and output structures.
