Q. I have a NetSuite accounts table with X records but Rivery loads less than X records to my target DB, why is that?
A. This situation could occur due to permissions on the role.
You should allow Deferred account REGISTERS to the role, not just full account.
"A deferral account is available only for account types that allow deferred transactions"
Instructions in NetSuite UI:
- Navigate to setup -> Users/Roles -> Manage roles -> search
- Search for the role in the connection
- Under permissions -> Lists
- Add the Deferred account permissions
Q. Why am I unable to connect to Netsuite despite having valid credentials?
A. This situation can occur if you include the https:// prefix before the SERVICE HOST in the Host Field (under Role ID and Account ID).
