Zendesk Chat Reports in Rivery

There are several report which can roughly split into two groups. Date range reports and dimension reports.

Date range reports

The following reports are "date range reports": Agent Timeline, Chats, Conversions and Department Events.

  1. Select the report

  2. Select the time period:

    1. Select the start date.
    2. After each run of the river, the start date will be updated automatically with the river execution date,This enables the next run to pull data from the end of the previous run.
    3. Days back - use this input to tell Rivery to pull data from a given number of days back before the given start date.

Dimension reports

This reports don't have any additional definitions to set (on the source part) except for the report selection.
